Dwayne was professional, timely and very personable. He addressed our issues and offered some advice on a few other things to consider going forward. No high pressured sales- just good advice. Price was reasonable and service was outstanding. We will definitely use Dwayne again!!!

We have an older home and encountered a missing ground wire when trying to have a garbage disposal replaced. Plumbers would not proceed until ground wiring was completed. Josiah G was able to come right away and give an inspection and estimate. Due to age of home and previous electrical work, it was a more complicated situation but he returned several times to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I strongly recommend this business.

Dewayne McGregor was excellent! He went above and beyond. He solved all of my issues and was professional polite and knowledgeable in his occupation. I will definitely ask for him for future work and refer him to my friends and family!

We hired Mr. Electric to replace all our home’s smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and install a surge protector. They inspected our home, making sure everything met code. After the installations were done they took the time to walk through everything and also explained what maintenance might be needed, and answered all of the questions clearly Highly recommended!

Called 9 pm for a hopefully ASAP appointment. Was able to get someone in first thing in the morning, within 12 hours of my initial call. Dwayne was thorough in investigating and diagnosing my issue, communicated the service plan clearly, and was flexible in working with me during a day where I also had a contractor and cleaners in my home. The work was completed fairly quickly and he stayed afterwards to ensure the issue with my breaker box was resolved. Work is under warranty as well. Great job, Dwayne!

Dwayne was extremely competent and personable. His persistence and problem solving abilities were put to the test in fixing our problems with our outdoor pole lamp. They came through for us as solutions were accomplished.
