But even more impressive was the high level of communication they had with us about appointment times. They called to inform us when driver was in the way. When we missed that call and called them back they picked up immediately and confirmed driver in the way. Highly recommended Five Star to anyone who needs heating and air services.

Turned out a part in the blower motor was shot, they swapped it out quick. Heater’s working great now, actually feels warmer than before. Didn’t take long and didn’t cost a ton either. We were very pleased and setup a yearly maintenance contract to keep our system clean and a routine checkup every 6 months.
