Midwest Electric, LLC

Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything seemed to go smoothly and after installation we were shown how to complete the regular maintenance. They asked us if we had any questions and left our yard clean.

In May 2022, I purchased a Generac whole home generator and premium diagnostic plan from Midwest Electric Generator. In May 2022, demand was high and supply was limited across the country. Midwest had equipment available. Their trained technicians promptly installed the equipment. I am a busy professional with limited knowledge beyond the basic operation of the generator. For that reason, the premium plan was important and essential. It was money well spent. Midwest routinely provides updates, notifies me when my system is off- line, and provides annual equipment maintenance. Every technician that has serviced my equipment is skilled, knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, and is happy to answer my basic questions. Today, February 6, 2025, Tony R serviced my equipment in the bitter Minnesota cold. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism. I recommend without reservation, the equipment and services provided by Midwest Electric and Generator.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the generator. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Throughout the servicing, it was clear that he was highly skilled and experienced. He meticulously checked every aspect of the generator, ensuring that everything was in perfect working order. He also provided some helpful tips on maintenance to keep the generator running smoothly in the future. What stood out the most was the technician's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. He made sure to leave the area clean and tidy after the work was done, which I really appreciated. It's evident that Midwest Electric and Generator values quality service and customer care. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. My backup generator is now running perfectly, giving me peace of mind knowing that it is ready for any power outages. I highly recommend Midwest Electric and Generator and their excellent technicians for anyone needing generator services. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Once again we had a five star experience with Midwest Electric. Tony R took care of our annual preventive maintenance in a typical professional manner. Tony is competent, experienced and respectful. An excellent communicator. We always know what he is doing and why. Of all the the service companies we do business with, Midwest is at the top. Ownership, office staff, technical management (Pete) and field technicians are all committed to excellent service. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Tony R arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem as a sticking fuel solenoid. He worked without complaint in the below zero weather to replace the defective part. Tony explained everything he was doing and happily answered all my questions.

The team a Midwest Electric has been servicing our generator for a last 5 years. The are highly responsive and their communication is excellent. The technicians that do the work are very professional. Highly recommend them.

Every time I have any issues with my generator, Midwest is so helpful. Marshall came out today and discovered a loose connection on the battery cable and was able to correct the problem. He was great!
