Best power tool store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been working out of town in Cincinnati for a few months. I’ve bought all my necessary power tools from them, the prices were so good that I ended up purchasing more for personal use. I’ll continue to get all my Milwaukee tools here.

Excellent service and prices. The friendly staff always knows exactly what I need and they know their products. Very easy to park and walk right into the counter. No wasted time walking up and down the aisle of the big box stores for something they don't have. Their primary business is commercial grade power tool sales, repair, and accessories. They sell a lot of Milwaukee and Bosch items, but they'll repair anything they can or order anything. You can tell they like what they do. I go here specifically for all my Sawzall blades, hammer drill bits, m12 tools, Milwaukee tools, and any time I'm looking for an odd accessory to accomplish a specific task. They've also fixed quite a few of my personal tools and the company's tools.

Brought a saw here to be repaired under manufacturer's warranty. They did a great job, super friendly, no hassles at all for me. Will absolutely be back in the future if/when another tool needs to be repaired.

Brought in a Hitachi power tool to this authorized warranty repair center. First, they tried to tell me my 1yo tool is no longer covered under warranty (5 years...). Then, they said they don't like to "babysit" old tools after 1 year, so they'd quote repair cost for me within the next 3 weeks. Bad attitudes and bad service. What a joke!
