CMC Electrical & Generator Repair

Originally called for help with our range hood installation but ended up getting 3 other projects done all at once (outlet installs, dryer and oven hook up). Our technician Dee was amazing and I look forward to working with this company again on future projects.

CMC was quick to respond to our request for help with ceiling fan installations. They scheduled a time to come and give us a quote. We were told that if the quote was acceptable, the request could be fulfilled immediately. We were granted a coupon to use and were satisfied with the quote. DJ installed the fans efficiently, with all 3 needing different types of switch/remote operations. He was professional, extremely neat, careful and friendly. He caused the children and the pets to be at ease while he completed work through the house. The job was completed quickly, but was not rushed. Everything looks good and functions well. Our remotes and lighting on the fans were also explained. We definitely will use CMC again and highly recommend them! Five stars for sure!

We recently had CMC rework the electrical and add additional outlets throughout our garage. From the very beginning, the initial call, site visit, estimate, and scheduling. The entire process was seamless and straightforward. Our technician, Adolfo H., was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and communicated clearly throughout the project while working efficiently to get everything completed. At the end of the installation, we encountered an unexpected issue with our garage door not operating properly. We contacted CMC about the problem, and Adolfo promptly returned to diagnose and resolve it, which included replacing the necessary equipment. I wanted to mention this part because, while issues can sometimes occur during projects, CMC took full ownership of the situation and made it right. Adolfo went above and beyond conducting additional research and providing a thoughtful solution. Thanks to his efforts, everything is now functioning perfectly, and we can park in our garage again. We’ll definitely continue using CMC for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable electrician. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work, and that sense of trust makes all the difference.

First time using this company and it won’t be the last time. These are those calls you don’t want to make because you don’t know what to expect. Adolfo came out to help - extremely professional and efficient. Just a genuinely nice person. I can only assume this is representative of the company, just my experience though. He even offered to clean up after the fact and left it looking better than before. Had some minor work done and would for sure recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

Needed help installing my new nest thermostat and called CMC. They sent Troy and he went over pricing/cost upfront. I agreed then he installed it and stayed after as I installed through the app on my phone. Thank you!

This is the first time we used CMC Electric. I called one day & they were out here the next taking care of my electrical problem. They were very prompt. I also liked how they sent a pic of the electrician prior to him arriving with his name & something about him. Our electrician was very thorough, knowledgeable, polite & friendly. Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

CMC was SUPER fast in scheduling someone out for a next-day appointment. Daurlin was the electrician that came by - he was very friendly, quick to understand and address our electrical issues, and was willing and able to help with some additional questions about our electrical system. It was a great experience all around - I'll definitely be keeping CMC as my choice electricians in the Fuquay area.
