HEP is on the way

Impressive! I had been putting off replacing my outdoor faucets for five years and had even called a different plumber prior to this who just told me there wasn't anything he could really do. HEP had someone come the day before (Paul) who did an excellent job explaining what they would need to do to install frost resistant faucets and how much it would cost. I felt the price was reasonable and fair. They were able to schedule someone for the next morning. Garrett and Victor showed up on time, they were extremely respectful and friendly, worked quickly, quietly and cleaned up when they were done. They had to cut through a concrete and wood wall and did it flawlessly. The website is easily laid out, and the office staff did a fantastic job scheduling and taking my payment. Everyone I talked with was very professional. I'm so thankful to have found a great company to work with.

Paul did a great job repairing a leak. He arrived promptly, made sure he had all equipment, and finished the job efficiently. Thanks Paul. We appreciate your work today. HEP is a great company to work with for any home need and thanks for sending such good plumber to fix the leak.

Rob C and Amanda were both very helpful and made this whole process seem less stressful and more manageable. Buying this old house has been a journey. I am so grateful for HEP and all of the workers who helped in the installation of the HVAC system and for the workers who will install the new plumbing system and shower system. I prayed for guidance in resolving the issues at our home, and God delivered as he always does. Thank you so much.

Patrick was very kind and did a great job and very honest and gave a thorough explanation of options and what the risks were with each option. I had service out to my house within an hour and A/C fixed within a couple hours. Definitely would have Patrick back as he was courteous and helpful.

job was half way done left us in a mess, they didn’t even take care of the problem! We had four different people out at our house each once said something different was wrong each time no one seem to know what they really talking about. After thousands of dollars later we had to call someone else to fix the MESS they made. We called to talk to someone still haven’t received a call back it’s been days since we called to speak to someone in charge. Also to add they cut into the cites lines that should have never been touched by any company but the city.

Jacob Newman came out today to check on our unit. I can’t say enough good things. Great customer service!! He explained everything in detail and gave us several options to choose from. Overall great experience!

I got home from work at 6 p.m. to find my AC unit wasn’t kicking on. I called HEP, and they offered either an emergency appointment for that night or a regular one for the next day if they couldn’t make it. Patrick was able to come out around 11 p.m. and fixed the unit, even though I’m sure he’d already had a long day. I’m very grateful to Patrick and HEP for their quick, efficient service!
