Jonathan Bendickson from OneSource (the company that installed our furnace last year) came today on time to do a check on the furnace. He was quite knowledgeable about the entire system and spent a lot of time explaining it to me and how everything worked. He was very professional and did an outstanding and thorough job checking out the entire system. He explained the options available to us for helping reduce allergens in the home since my wife has seasonal allergies. We were very happy with the furnace installation last year and the follow-up support OneSource offers. Jonathan was great and we highly recommend him and the OneSource team.

Julius is hands down the best!!! This is not just a job, he actually cares and makes a poo t to make contact. He checks to ensure all equipment is working and will call just to make sure. He is willing to work with customers. I 100 percent appreciate his diligence. Working late hours and still happy to help customers. Also this is a vet owned company. As a veteran myself I appreciate the the work and the dedication they put into every call.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company! I should have wrote this review a long time ago. One source installed a new furnace in my home at the end of 2020. Since then I have had nothing but problems with it. With the new install I was hoping to have peace of mind as the current furnace was over 20 years old. Every year there seems to be a different problem. After the furnace was initially installed it went out in less than a year and they had to install an entirely new furnace luckily it was still under warranty. Since then, they have replaced multiple parts in less than 3 years. My most recent experience started with a routine service visit. I told the technician about the most recent problem I have been having with the furnace. The flame was going out intermittently. I also explained all of the past issues I had with the furnace. He ended up getting another technician, an "expert", to come out and look at it. They found that the flame sensor was bad and the heat exchanger was damaged. They also told me that the company was recently purchased by a new owner who may be able to work with me on the cost of the repairs because of all of the issues I have had with a furnace that is less than 5 years old. I spoke with the new owner over the phone who told me he would have someone call me the next day after he had a chance to review my file. No one called me for the next 3 days. I ended up calling them back and talked to the original technician. He told me he was still waiting on information to get my appointment scheduled for the work. I was patient thinking that they were trying to find solutions. Another 4 days went by, and I finally hear from the tech again to confirm the repairs that I wanted to be made. At this point I asked him about the owners promise to see if they could work with me in any way. The tech told me he didn’t remember that conversation. What a slap in the face! The guy was in my home for multiple hours! He didn’t say they looked into it and couldn’t help, which I would have respected. He acted like the conversation didn’t happen and I was lying. I ended up just having them replace the flame sensor but I am not convinced this will fix the issue as there are still some signs of a bad flame (sparks of orange/yellow) which I brought up to the tech. I will not be using One Source ever again for anything!

one source provides excellent customer service from the office staff to the techs they send to our home. i called for maintenance service and they were able to fit me in the same day. trey was our tech and he was super professional, knowledgeable and informative. highly recommend!!

Julian did an excellent job repairing our shower handle! He quickly diagnosed the issue and made sure the handle was working properly so we could get hot water again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the process. After fixing our main shower, he even offered to replace the handle and faucet in our spare bedroom to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend Julian for any plumbing repairs — reliable, efficient, and great to work with!

Our family was recently blessed by the team at One Home Service. From Patrick, who first diagnosed the multiple issues and recommending us for a major promotion, to Journey and Emilio who installed the new furnace with great precision, teamwork, communication & detail.
