Strong knowledge skills and work ethic. The service technician s that came to do an evaluation and proposed work ,and completed the job were respectful , thorough in communication, and considerate,and kind. Blake was awesome !

I call you guys to fix my mom's video doorbell electrical problems. I'm so glad I was there and wrote down the time the electrician came, went to get the part came back and finished. I ask him what I owed him, he said $250. I ask him for the break down of the bill he tried to charge me for an extra hour and 15mins. I call the next day to talk to someone about it, I got transferred to a voicemails but never got a return call. I decided to call back today while trying to explain what happened the lady she wouldn't listen, just went on telling me what was done and I should've been charged and extra $1 and something.

Gregory Electric has knowledgeable electricians who know how to do the job right the first time. They always take the time to explain what is incorrect and what needs to be done to correct it. I learn something new each time I use them!

Very courteous and has great prices

The electric service at the front entrance of our subdivision needed repair. Gregory dispatched two technicians who I personally met and explained the problem They were explicitly told that if they were not going to be able to fix the problem (circuit breaker tripping) to stop work or to call me. They did not do so. Circuit breaker continues to trip. Technicians worked for 3 hours and we were billed $357 for their efforts to essentially replace one GFCI outlet and tighten some connections. Service manager Steve was not helpful. Total waste of money. Will not use again and recommend no one else does as well.
