I was very satisfied with this install. It's been a year with no issues. Reliable customer service and on site electrician was good. The installation team knew how to walk on our old tile roof and brought replacement tiles just in case.

Very well planned system and execution. The team is open, transparent, proactive, and professional. I had about 8 different offers, and while this system was the most expensive, the cost per kw was the best. High-quality panels and mounting. Clever lock system and great battery backup. Saved me a few times already. What made the difference was the no pressure consultation and planning. Other companies were really pushing. SolRUs was patient, answered all the questions, replanned, remeasured, and requoted. When I finally pulled the trigger, they delivered and installed very fast. City approval was handled well by the staff. Can recommend SolRUs without any hesitation.

Chris Kelly, one of the Sol R Us owners, came to the house to inspect the roof, make recommendations for panel configuration to ensure we would obtain optimum power from the system and managed the solar installation. Sol R Us sent a representative to be present for the Solar Inspection and to ensure that the needed information was shared with PGE for the service change. Their whole team from installation to ongoing maintenance has been and continues to be professional, courteous, and efficient. Our experience with this company has been outstanding. Sol R Us upgraded our main service panel upgrade and installed solar last month. Very happy with the end result. Even my roofer came by to inspect and said it was installed perfectly.
