A year ago, my mother reached out to All Your Cooling for a particular unit, but they were unavailable at the time, so she had to go with her second choice. After the initial install, there were some issues that left my mother and brother unhappy. The moment President Tommy became aware, he took full responsibility and personally stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction — and it truly was. Fast forward a year later, we experienced major issues with the AC. Thanks to our 10-year warranty, All Your Cooling replaced the entire unit absolutely free. No hassle, no runaround — just honest, solid customer service. What really impressed us was the consistency and professionalism from every single person we interacted with: the receptionist, the installers, the technicians, and even President Tommy himself. Their communication, follow-through, and dedication to making things right stand out in an industry where that level of care is hard to find. We also greatly appreciate their safety feature — before any technician arrives, we receive a text with their photo and information. This gave us a sense of comfort and trust every time someone came to the house. All Your Cooling has earned our respect and our loyalty. Highly recommended.

Our AC stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on after a filter change. All Year came highly recommended by a close friend and my mother, who had her system replaced by them about six months ago. We called around 2 p.m. the day it happened, and by 5:30 p.m., a technician named Felix was at our door. After inspecting the unit, he gave us the news no one wants to hear; we needed a full replacement. Our old packaged system had somehow lasted 23 years and had a pretty unconventional setup outside. Felix was fantastic. He really took the time to understand what we wanted in terms of efficiency and comfort, and the quote he provided was very reasonable. I’m confident no other company could have matched the service and quality we received from All Year. On installation day, the technicians (whose names I unfortunately forgot) were the real MVPs. They were professional, efficient, and meticulous. Once they removed the old system, it was clear just how poorly our previous setup had been running. We had struggled with humidity for years; running two dehumidifiers constantly just to keep levels below 50%. The new system was properly sized and eliminated that issue entirely. For the first time, our home is truly cool and comfortable. The install team left everything spotless. You wouldn’t have even known they were there. The difference in air quality and comfort is night and day. Overall, I would 100% recommend All Year for any HVAC needs. They offer an excellent warranty, exceptional service, and genuinely understand what customer care means. 10/10 experience.

My condominium AC failed on a Saturday. Amjed from All Year Cooling & Plumbing came out on Tuesday to provide a replacement estimate, and the new system was installed and running the very next day. I appreciate Amjed’s clear explanation of the process, which helped me understand my options and what was going on with my system. I called for an estimate and the person that showed up was totally unprepared. He did not even have a ladder with him to go into the attic to see what the unit was like. I asked him to price four units at different price ranges and the next day he said, I would have it by 12 noon and nothing showed up. I called the next day and they finally sent me three estimates. Then the gentleman who came out for the estimate called me and was totally obnoxious at Best! He basically hung up the phone on me! I called this organization back and asked that the owner give me a call or the general manager give me a call and neither of them responded! I have never had this situation happen to me in my many years and for a company to not care whatsoever or respond whatsoever is amazing! I wanted to do business, but I do like to know what’s going on and I usually in most instances if not all like to get the best price like anyone else particularly I was dealing with high end Air conditioners! I hope someone reads this evaluation and hopefully the owner of the company who should be very concerned will give me a call! Too bad they don’t train their people better than what I had experienced. I was referred to them via another person who I know, and they had a similar Episode with a different person, but when the person came back a second time, they said that person was much nicer and closed the deal. Too bad my person didn’t have enough common sense to follow up appropriately. So again, I am asking for the owner of the company to call me or the chief operating officer to call me. I really wanted to do business, but unfortunately, this company or their representative that came to me feels they can treat people badly and get away with it which in my case is not the case. I do not suggest anyone use this company

Technician Kensy Lefevre is the nicest and knowledgeable professional. Always on time, explains clearly with a smile. My experience with All Year Cooling has been great. I would definitely recommend All Year Cooling to my friends and family rating them 5 stars!!
