Benchmark Electric, LLC

Benchmark recently installed a new Cummins 25kw liquid cooled generator at our house replacing a 23 year old generator. We were very pleased with all aspects of our dealings with Benchmark from our first meeting with Scott to final installation. The Benchmark team was very professional, knowledgable, courteous and responsive. We talked to other generator installers and are very glad we made the decision to go with Benchmark and Cummins.

Scott and his team of professionals are nothing short of spectacular. From the first meeting to the generator start-up test, Scott and his team made me feel like family. I was kept well informed of what to expect during this process. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, highly knowledgeable technicians, and a great product for emergency situations, give Benchmark a call today. You will not be disappointed!

I had a company come out to explain the different generators they had to offer but he would only tell me about the generac . He didn’t explain about the load shed either . Scott from Benchmark explained everything clearly . We bought the 40kw liquid cooled Cummins generator . It is amazingly quiet . I can hear my neighbors generator inside our house but not hear my own . Everyone from Benchmark was friendly and easy to talk to .they did an excellent job and I would use them again and have recommended them to my family and friends .

Benchmark Electric has been a game changer! It is everything we were looking for, and Scott delivered INCREDIBLE customer service!! His honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help my family with our generator was a GRAND SLAM!!! We got quotes from multiple companies. Benchmark beat them all. Getting a generator system put in can be a costly purchase. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the affordability of this project from Benchmark!!! Thank you Benchmark & Scott for a job well done!!!!!

Working with Benchmark Electric for my generator install was a great experience. They made it an easy process. They wasted no time at all. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Every single person I came in contact with was very nice and professional. They even worked in the rain to make sure my generator was ready to go for a storm that was about to hit. They were definitely top shelf.

Satisfied completely, know I have a trusted friend to call on when needed. Thoroughly impressed by the Team at Benchmark Electric, their advice and follow thru is impeccable, their customer service is honest, accurate and direct. Anything from a complicated home generator install to rerouting an antiquated electrical system in an old home (me!), they got you covered with ease. JP and Marcus were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Wife got home and said "wow, i couldnt even tell they were here all day!" Hahaha, that's the perfect feedback!

I have used Benchmark for years. They service my generator every year and I have had no trouble from it at all. Recently I purchased new led lighting fixtures for my kitchen and laundry room. I called Benchmark to install them. They were able to set up an appointment within a week. Their guys arrived on time and got to work right away. They installed the fixtures quickly and perfectly. They even went an extra step to ensure my fixtures were secure. The guys were friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. They took all the old fixtures away including the old burned-out fluorescent bulbs. There was no debris or anything left when they were finished. Not even a speck of dust. The cost was super reasonable and I am very impressed with their workmanship. Many thanks to Benchmark.
