Our a/c stopped working late one afternoon recently. We called Coventry and Gattis for repair. In the heat of summer we knew it might take a while for a repair tech to come out. We were pleasantly surprised that Buck was able to come out that same evening. He did a great job quickly solving the problem and got our a/c up and running again. He was very friendly and provided good information. Buck even called the next morning to be sure all was well. We highly recommend Coventry and Gattis.

We have used Coventry & Gattis for YEARS! We have never been disappointed. They are always exceedingly fair and professional. Most recently, Buck came out to do scheduled maintenance check and take care of a known issue we were having w AC. He is so pleasant and was conscientious and thorough in making the repair. We have also had NUMEROUS great experiences with David and Greg. Love these guys.

Gregg was great (as usual)! He fixed our problem quickly and even swapped out our HVAC filters while in the attic. Many thanks to Gregg and to Coventry & Gattis for getting him here before we left on vacation.

This was my first experience with Coventry & Gattis. They are used by a few of my neighbors and came highly-recommended. Buck was my technician and did a fabulous job. He is professional, polite, honest, and very knowledge. I felt respected and believe that this company is looking to keep customers long term, instead of making quick buck. Great job all around!

I called and left a voicemail after hours and someone messaged me within the hour that they could get someone out next day. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get a tech out to my house. The tech (Daniel) was prompt, friendly and fixed the issue quickly. He also wore shoe covers inside the house which was very courteous. It doesn’t get much better than that!

My husband and I have been using Coventry & Gattis since we moved here in 2019. Being recently widowed, I scheduled the semi-annual system maintenance for the first time on my own. Didn’t even know we had 2 HVAC systems! Gregg T was amazing! He showed up on time & was so polite. Thank you Gregg T.

On 8/6 at approximately 6 PM I came home to a warm 85 degree house. For the second time since the new AC installation, the drain line was plugged and the sensor shut down the unit. Daniel came within 30 min of my call and promptly solved the immediate clog and got the unit going. I inquired what it would take for a permanent solution, but Daniel did not have the parts with him and could have easily put me off for a repair later. Instead, he took the time to go back to the office to retrieve an inline shut off valve, return and install it while revising the plumbing for the drain. I manage people and encourage them to take leadership of an issue. To take ownership of a task and see it through to completion. That is exactly what Daniel did. He took the initiative, owned the situation and saw it through with enthusiasm. I would award him the highest commendation for his performance. Thanks Daniel. You are an effective problem solver and an inspiration.
