I had a meeting with the owner of the company, Mr Reyes. It was very pleasant to talk to him, I had a great time. Upon arriving at the location we were greeted by Ester the receptionist, she welcomed us with a very good attitude and very friendly, it felt like a very familiar atmosphere and it reflected trust and professionalism.

This company is one of the few certified Generac generator service providers in our area. They provided a tune up and replaced battery and spark plugs, etc. They quoted a flat fee for a tune up and everything was included. I was pleased with the service and the expertise of the service man, and the fee.

Richard and his team have completed several service calls at the park I work. They are knowledgeable and prompt.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would. They work illegally and dont like to get city permits.
