Power stopped going to my hot water heater this past week. Our usual electrician was on vacation. I found Shock Electric, and they were able to send someone out within an hour, same day! The tech was kind and professional (as well as people I spoke to on the phone) Was able to replace the disconnector, and power was restored and in 2 hours, I had hot water again 🙂 Thank you guys so much. You will be kept in mind for next time and recommended.

We had Shock Electrical install a floor outlet in a residential home office. Lenny quoted the job and was then scheduled to do the work a week later. He arrived 5 minutes early and took 90 minutes to do the installation (we got lucky with the placement of the floor joists and outlet location). His attention to detail and care not to damage the walls, floors or ceilings during installation was evident. Assuming Lenny is representative of the kinds of electrical professionals at Shock, we highly recommend them.
