Able Handyman Services

Able Handyman Services performed masterful work when building my custom deck. He was honest, up-front and completed work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the completed work and look forward to hiring Able Handyman Services to build our outdoor patio this spring.

I called Ryan with Able Remodel because I urgently needed a fire rated exterior door and frame installed. He came out the next day, was very friendly and installed it perfectly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again.

Ryan did a job for us which he showed up half the time. It is very poor work. He took 6 weeks and it should have taken a week or 2 at the most. We had to order and pay for materials ourselves bc he couldn’t get them. We couldn’t tolerate his slow, sloppy work. We then had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Ryan was paid in full and then had the nerve to ask us for more money. Oh he forgot we bought supplies. He put in no drains so now our patio floods which the new hires will have to fix at our expense. He didn’t even finish the job he bid and ask for more money. What nerve. DO NOT ALLOW THIS PERSON ON YOUR PROPERTY. He also left our patio a mess in between times of not coming back for 2-3 days. Never cleaned up. What a terrible mess we got into hiring him. I’ve been 3 days trying to clean and get the cement off my travertine. I still don’t have it all off!!! Oh and then he loaded up the supplies I know we paid for and took it. Blocks, travertine, cement. Now I’m being threatened by this guy, Ryan to take my review down. And for your information Ryan the city inspector came out when my pool was being built and gave a thumbs up on the placement of the pool and travertine. I’m good. Don’t send anymore threats because I told the truth. The new contractor is reworking the backsplash you did. Pulling it all off and putting on new at our expense.

We had purchased a wood/metal gazebo online from one of the big box stores, but the area we needed it installed in (concrete patio) had a slight grade and I knew the posts would need adjustments to account for it. I could not find anyone willing to install it - they all seemed to only want to build from scratch, not install someone else's product. Fortunately I found Ryan, who was able to install the structure and adjust so that it is level and looks great, and the price was more than fair. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment knowing the job was done right.

Ryan Built a 16’x40’ deck in my back yard and also figured out an electrical issue at my house that two other handymen couldn’t. He was on time and fair priced. I will use him again in the future.

Ryan was very professional and did the most quality work I’ve found in the area. Will definitely use Able Handyman Services again.
