I've been dealing with Yale Appliance since 1981 as a kitchen designer and for my own needs. They are the best of the best: knowledgeable, fair priced, timely delivery, you name it. Here's a job I did in Newport, RI some years ago. Yes, Yale delivered them there when I needed the appliances.

Jaylon was a fantastic technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions, and also provided additional helpful information about our appliances. He was careful and attentive while making the repairs. The repair service from Yale, and particularly by Jaylon, was excellent.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with Yale. I received my fridge yesterday but it came with a trashed hardwood floor and stairs. They send three delivery guys with combined weight of 200 lb to bring in a 600 lb fridge. I really wasn’t going to get frustrated but the complete lack interest in what they did infuriated me. To top it off, I was charged $1.8K more on the credit card for no reason. It looks like you need some extra time, money and nerves if you are buying from them.

Delivery and installation was great and it was so quick. Gerlin, Johnny and Yonatan were terrific! Very polite, very respectful and explained everything.

We were in an emergency situation where we needed to replace our refrigerator. My daughter recommended Yale appliances because they would be able to have "same" day delivery. From the time we walked into the Dorchester branch, we received top professional care by our salesman, Roger Pontes. He was helpful as well as very knowledgeable of the products. We felt comfortable and confident in the choice we made. Within a three window, we received our order. The delivery/installation of our refrigerator was top glove. Garber, Roberto and Dominic (Truck #4) were efficient and professional. In all our years of receiving deliveries, we have never experienced such excellence. We will be loyal Yale Appliances shoppers.
