We had gotten three estimates before we chose to go with Omega Electric to wire in our new hot tub. It was such a stressful time as we were building a new deck as well and trying to get everything done before the cold weather hit. It was nice to work with Sam as he was very responsive to our questions, taking away any concerns from the electrical part. Unfortunately the weather was pretty miserable the day we had scheduled to have Sam wire everything up, but he worked through it with no complaints. His knowledge of electrical situations, great communication and cleanup after made us realize we made the right choice. Sam is a professional in every sense of the word.

Sam, principle of Omega Electric, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy on installation and relocation of our electrical needs. I was amazed at how he fed wiring thru the walls and ceilings. The end result was that the job looked like he had never been here, but everything was up to code and safe. We had Sam wire a new 12x28 shed and wire a new hot tub. Sam was timely and a good communicator. He knew his code well. Well organized and contributed good ideas both in the shed and updating our hot tub wiring to be code compliant (it was not). Also he wrote the electrical inspection request for multiple services so one permit covered both jobs. Saved the cost of a separate inspection. The inspection passed the first time with no issues. I will not hesitate to call Omega for future electricians work. His prices were very reasonable as well. When I googled electricians in the area I found one called Randy’s. It had a lot of positive reviews. I called them to give me an estimate to wire my shed. First of all they charged me $75 for the estimate and gave me an outrageous estimate. I went back to google and found Omega and called. Sam was prompt at giving me an estimate and didn’t charge me for it. His estimate on the shed project was thousands less than Randy’s estimate.

We hired Sam for several electrical projects in our home and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. He’s a clear and thoughtful communicator who took the time to help us understand which upgrades to prioritize for our older home. Sam is honest, dependable, and trustworthy. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for any future needs.

Found Sam at Omega electric to install an EV charger in my garage. His prices were very compitive and we set up a date to install. Unfortunately the date we chose wouldn't work for me as I was out of town. Completely my fault. Reached out to Sam and he was very accommodating rescheduling the date. On the date of the install he showed up on time and was very professional. He completed the job in a timely matter. That's when I had a problem. My charger wouldn't charge my car. No fault of Sam's as it turns out the unit I purchase was defective. I ordered a new one got it delivered and Sam came back out the very next day and installed the new unit and I worked perfectly. Sam did not charge me any extra to come back to my house and install the new charger even though it wasn't his fault I was having problems with my charger. His communication and professional work throughout the entire process was top notch. I recommend him highly for anyone looking for an electrician at very competitive rates. I will use him again anytime I need any work at my house. 10/10 5 star top notch service.
