Bill is the most honest man I knows in NC, he won’t rip you off for sure. I had a battery drainage on my scat and Dodge dealer charged me $5k + to fix the issue. I took it to Bill he charge my around $160 but found another drain and ended up charging me $330 to get everything done, ever since that day I try to have him fix stuff that he don’t even do lol but the point is I will take my car there first and let him tell me he don’t do that.

Bill seemed very fair with pricing and as a knowledgeable mechanic myself... he spoke truth in his explanation to a particular issue. I would trust his work.

Do not go here. I came here hearing tons of good things about them and turns out all that was false. My positive car battery cable wasn't even tightened all the way!! At an auto electric shop, unacceptable. 4 weeks they had my car and I get it back with a check engine light on after have driving it only 50 miles. Which was not on when I dropped it of! Again do not go here!

Bill and his team are the best in town for your car's electrical troubles. He was actually and independently recommended by two other mechanics we usually use to keep our 2007 Acura running. We're so glad we gave Bill's Auto Electric our business and will definitely keep them in mind for any future car electrical issues.
