When told that replacing the main electrical circuit breaker panel box where power enters the home and is distributed throughout the house, installing a ground rod, and replacing 48 switches and plugs, would be a one day job, I was skeptical. When 3 servicemen arrived at 8:00am as scheduled, my opinion began to change. With lead man Courtney Perkins spearheading the job and directing Adam and Steven, the job was completed as committed. The crew was timely, expert and efficient. Let's add courteous and entirely professional. I was particularly impressed when Courtney sat in his service vehicle until 7:30 pm when Ameren finally arrived to turn the electrical service back on. He then went throughout the house insuring that every circuit was functional. If it sounds like I was impressed with the price and quality of work, I indeed was. The team at Potts Electric was extremely helpful and understanding in their renovating the electrical work throughout our house. My wife has dementia and they scheduled us in such a way that didn't inconvenience her. The work that they then did was fast (done in a day) and extremely efficient. I am so satisfied with how everything turned out that I can only give them the highest recommendation possible. Once again I want to thank them for the job and being so understanding of my wife and our situation.

I'm sure every at Potts is great. However, if you can hold out and snag Courtney Perkins and Adam Barnes you will not be disappointed. I had them out for a big job and they absolutely killed it. Everything is so very clean and they were very easy to work with. Super happy with the job they did. Would absolutely have them out again if need be.

We had a great experience with Potts for a massive project. New electrical panel, all outlets and switches upgraded and 20 can lights put in. The team did a great job and was great to work with. I'm also very impressed with their response time for any issues we've faced post-project. Great communication and reliable company. Courtney (and the rest of the team) did a wonderful job.

I was impressed with Potts Electric from beginning to end. I met with Cody and he walked me through everything & was very thorough. After that I knew I wanted them to do my work. We set appt and everything was flawless. Notified always by text as to when each would be at my house & a photo of that person. Great touch and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POTTS ELECTRIC!

Our technician, Evengy Kirenia, was outstanding. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He was not originally scheduled, but we were glad to have a technician that was honest and truthful.
