Kitty the project manager will schedule pull it all together , keeping you well informed and always pleasant to talk to . The team she sends out amazing . I wish I remembered all their names . Chauncey and Chris , these are the men you want for the job . They are hard workers , professional, and dedicated . They take pride in their work and their company . They were very respectful to me and my home . Any concerns I had Chauncey , reassured me and went over everything until I was comfortable. He knows what he is doing . I couldn’t have asked for a better team and service .

Daniel Goldinov did an excellent job. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. He takes the time to go that extra make things look good and well done. A well deserved five star rating, for delivering quality, service and value. Another company we had initially contracted went bankrupt, after collecting a large cash deposit from me and several neighbors. All Phase Electric stepped in and not only honored our investment, but gave us a competitive price on a new generator, install and two year maintenance agreement. I was very grateful they sacrificed their margins, just to satisfy our community and establish trust. It is rare to find such true integrity in businesses today, but their initiative was clearly a selfless act of kindness. Their quote was much more in line, with what we should have expected, in the vetting process. Unfortunately we were blinded by a number and got burned. All Phase Electric ate our mistake and made us whole. I also want to give a shout out to Tyler, who worked tirelessly on the install, at least 14 hours in total. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and most of all extremely talented. Connecting gas or electric lines is a daunting and dangerous job, but he did them both in the 90° Florida heat. My sincere thanks again for saving us, literally, from the fraud and scam of Generators By Design and providing me an overall amazing experience.

I had an issue with my Generator/Public Utility through the Automatic Transfer Switch. Called up All Phase Electric and they were prompt in understanding my concerns and booked me an appointment right away! Humberto, came in to fix the issue. Wow wonderful. He is professional, understood my concerns, listened to what I had to say, used his expertise to explain to me what was wrong, performed all the work exceptionally. Smooth, fast, efficient, and done the right way. He cleaned up everything and left with all working as normal! Recommend them very well and especially Humberto.

Mr. Daley, Generator Technician, completed the annual inspection of my Generac standby generator. Mr. Daley is professional, knowledgeable, informative, and personable. Not only did he complete the inspection, but he provided a comprehensive description of the task, including safety measures for me to take if the generator were ever to malfunction. For future inspections, I hope either Mr. Daley is assigned the task, or an equally professional, knowledgeable, informative, and personable Generator Technician from AllPhase.

I had a maintenance service and I needed to restore my digital connection to the generator. Humberto Garcia was my technician. Humberto exceeded my expectations in terms of the maintenance part of the visit and he totally provided satisfaction with regard to my ability to monitor the generator online. I previously had difficulty with the digital interface and had to pay for a service visit just to restore this connection. Humberto deserved the five stars and is a terrific asset to All Phase Electric in terms of providing customer delight!
