Mister Sparky

Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! This guy is my forever electrician moving forward hands down!!

We have used Mr. Sparky on several different occasions. We had new breakers and wiring installed in our control box and we had to redo the wiring to the outside of the house for the main power to the house. It was done very professionally. The communication of the technicians with the homeowner left nothing in doubt or to be questioned. My wife and I would like to personally thank Tyler, Nate, and Anne For their professional courteous service. We Highly recommend these individuals for any electrical problems you may have or need to have done to your home. Thank you.

The whole The whole experience was excellent! Lupa was great about scheduling and had Timmy out the next day for an estimate. Dan came out just a few hours later and did an outstanding job. He worked quickly, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth. Overall, a job well done—I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future

Huge thanks and compliments to Tyler Cox and apprentice Nate for replacing a ceiling fan/light fixture that was 14 feet up and also required splicing and lengthening of wires to accommodate a longer downrod. They were super nice, polite, careful, and professional. Tyler was training Nate and I was really impressed by his knowledge, patience and teaching skills, and Nate had a great attitude and was eager to help and learn. I enjoyed hanging out with them and watching the process, and learned a lot myself. Mike Pace, who came out earlier to do the estimate, was also very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks also to the manager at the Gainesville, Florida store for negotiating and bringing the cost down in line with competitors!

Our installation technician was Dan and we could not be more thankful he was called to our job! He was not only kind and knowledgeable, but his care and attention to detail are top notch! He really cares about safety, which is what is most important to us when you are dealing with electrical components. He went above and beyond in making sure that we feel safe in our home and even shared some of his vast knowledge. We really appreciate everything he did for us and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.

I called Mr. Sparky for my electrical projects around the house,. There technician Mr Tyler Cox came out to provide me an estimate and perform the work to install a washer/ Dryer 220 outlet and 110 outlet connection. In addition he changed a breaker, helped me label my electrical panel and change a light switch while he was here. I must say Mr. Sparky is not cheap $$, High Dollar, but, they offer financing if your credit is good that worked out for me. Tyler Cox is a wonderful friendly guy who really knows his job well, it was worth spending the $$ money knowing the job was done right and the same day. He worked late until the job was completed. I would strongly recommend using Mr. Sparky anytime if Tyler Cox is the one responding. I am very pleased with the results and finished work looks great. Everything works as it should. A Great job! This review currently covers the initial diagnostic visit. We had the fortune of speaking with Tyler Cox today, and the whole visit was a positive experience. He called 30 minutes in advance during the window we scheduled to confirm, and arrived promptly. He was friendly, polite, and didn't mind our place was a mess as we are moving stuff around. He found the issue quickly and explained it to us so we understood the problem, and did some investigating and presented our options for fixing it. He went over all the steps and told us the process. When I asked questions he addressed everything while we kept a friendly and humorous rapport. He double-checked the power requirements that I would need. I appreciate that he spoke in plain terms and didn't brush off any questions. We booked the rest of the work for a future date. This review will be updated after the work is completed.
