Michael and Braden installed a charging station for my New Polestar 2. Excellent service great price compared to other people that I have talked with about the installation. The whole process began with a call to Tyler in the office. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process and making the appointment for the installation. The two technicians arrived on time and explained the entire process in terms that I understood. I would certainly recommend Arrow Electric Service for all your Electrical needs. Arrow electrician Michael did a great job replacing various electrical components which were fried due to a direct lightning hit to our house. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and had everything needed with him. I will certainly ask for Michael if and when I have a need for an electrician

Matthew and Corbin were very kind, patient, respectable,friendly and very KNOWLEDGEABLE of their Job. They saved my day by replacing my smoke alarms that had been chirping for two nights straight. Hunter, Breanna and the whole Arrow team are top notch and 100%. I needed someone to come out late on a weeknight and even though many different electric services claimed they did 24 hrs calls, including some really big names in the business, Arrow were the ONLY ones who talked the talk and walked the walk! These guys are solid , dependable and fair. If you need electrical work done fast anytime day or night, even if the parts are hard to get like mine were, don't waste your time calling anyone else.
