Russell did an outstanding job installing our ceiling fans and 2 can lights outside. It was not an easy job since there was not fixture to work from so he had to do everything. Very affordable and personable.
This was our second time using Russell for our electrical needs and it was a great experience. He gave us a detailed quote and discussed multiple options to allow us to get the best outcome. He is prompt and courteous with his work and went above and beyond working late in order to get this project finished for us in time for a special occasion. We will be working with him in the future for our other electrical needs.
Russell did a number of jobs in our house, some rather difficult. He did great work on everything. He communicated well, from when he would arrive to the status of each job. We will call him for any electrical needs we have in the future and would recommend him to family and friends.
He said he knew nothing about doing electrical work he didn't know how and he only lives three houses down for me and my husband taught him how did you very good electrical work with Russel The Old owner of the house and he said he couldn't help fix my air conditioner whenever my three daughters and I we're going to have a stroke because of the heat and he told my mother know he couldn't help us when it would take 5 minutes since my husband is the one that taught me and he's a master electrician he could have came and fixed the problem
Russell was on time and communication was great. He addressed our issue and got right to work. He was so polite and very respectful of our home. He exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond our idea of the solution. He suggested a different outcome and we agreed and are extremely pleased with the service he provided.
