Just so you know, some company is ghosting your number to attempt a Medicare scam. The caller ID came up as Cross Electric and the caller on the other line was using type to chat voice software. You could hear them typing and then a computerized voice. Might want to check in with your phone provider.
The entire house is a train wreck because they must have let their elementary age children wire our home. Makes it almost impossible to do any work. If you want to have to redo all the work yourself, then call Cross. If you want quality work, get a reputable contractor
I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.
Building a house in Fox Hollow, I would have to say Cross Electric was definitely the bright point of our building process ,their guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, answered every question we had, well over and beyond our expectations, I would strongly recommend Cross Electric for any job.
