Called Mr. Electric today for electrical upgrades. Used them for several years now. Justin did an outstanding job, was professional, patient, and courteous. There is a value to the process and training Mr. Electric brings to the table.

Today was the third time I have utilized the services of Mr. Electric and it was such a great experience. Your pro Sammy Sullwold worked tirelessly to solve my electrical issue with detail and true craftsmanship. Besides his expertise, Sammy is a clean-cut, pleasant person who is driven to provide a positive outcome for the situation at hand. Additionally, the price I paid for today's service was far below what I had anticipated. Booking the service appointment was quick and easy, with pleasant and professional feedback all around. We had half of our house go out on us in the middle of the evening. We called Mr.Electric and they got us an early morning appointment right away the next day. They sent out Justin and he was FANTASTIC. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem (burnt and melted outlet). He also did a full home inspection and found a few other items that need to be addressed soon. This was an AMAZING experience! We got great quality service and professionalism from Justin. In addition to that, he was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We had great conversation while he did his work. It felt like having a family member come over to help us out. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric. In fact I’m thinking of moving all our local work for my company to their services.

We just needed the electric portion of an old solar water heater removed. After the free inspection, Sammy found some out of code issues. He was very polite and professional. We ended up getting everything fixed. He even saved us some money. Would recommend Sammy and David to anyone looking for electrical work done.

The technicians, Justin and Aynsly, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail. They replaced four smoke detectors that had reached their life expectancy and had started to chirp during the early morning hours! Matt was courteous and professional. After conducting a walk thru and inspection he provided an estimate of the work I requested. He was able to complete the work that day which eliminated the need for me to schedule the work at a future date. I was pleased with the timeliness and quality of work.

Sammy Sullwold came out and replaced our outside meterbox and wiring. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was able to get repairs done quicker than we expected.
