Bought lights from them for $120 when they called back to say they didn't charge me for all the light bulbs they gave me I looked online and Found them $30 cheaper on multiple places including local ones. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...... I will pay for what their mistake, but they were not even willing to discuss the price gouging

As a management company we do business with quite a few vendors and Horizon Lighting is one of them. We have worked with them for a while now and they have always been efficient, professional and kind! Communication is a big need and we have that with them. I had an incident happen where I needed assistance and I was helped within minutes! JB Hunter is the best! I truly appreciate every one of their assistance!

The service was actually fine, but they tried to overcharge me on hours of labor. They ended up refunding me because in their ineptitude, they forwarded me emails saying, yes they were overcharging me. Shady, dishonest business. Update on review: In response to what the business has responded with: It took them 3 weeks to respond back with why I was overcharged for labor (It was 2X the original quote, and over 4 hours of the actual time the technician was on site, as I was there for the electrical work done), as if they were coming up with an excuse for why to charge me more. If they did not accidentally forward me their internal email that showed them arbitrarily making up reasons why I was charged more for labor, I am sure I would still be in dispute over the differences in hours billed. Again, the work was done fine, but the billing of something as simple as labor hours was done in a very shady way that I would not recommend this business.

This review is not about their service, because I would never want to try them. It's about their attitude towards others. I was crossing the road during my green light with my 3 dogs. The driver decided that it was ok to turn front of me. He was about 3-4 feet from me, only. He wasn't even in a rush. Turned slowly, looking at me the whole time and shrugging his shoulder, like he was doing this on purpose. Even the driver in the car behind him was in disbelief and stopped and said that guy is a @#%@#. Something tells me this is how they treat others as well.

Service provided is not completely honest. Company charges more then they should and does more work then necessary to bill the customer more or they would say certain services were performed to charge more when I’m fact they weren’t. If you are looking for an honest electrical company to service your needs this is not it. This company is slimy and a shame

They are horrible do not use this company! They cut all our fios cables and irrigation pipes! We had to help fios reconnect our internet because the damage they did would of been a week out.i still have no water because they dredged throuhg our water line and have not fixed. Like I said do not use this company
