Malfettone Electric helped me to upgrade the lighting and electrical outlets throughout my 1-bed condo. Work has included new vanity and shower lighting in the bath, recessed lighting throughout the kitchen, bedroom, living room and better functionality and locations of outlets and light switches. Communication throughout was very good. The work was done very neatly and the apartment was left spotless. Jason was also very helpful with lighting selection and explaining any issues.

Jason and Mike are very easy to deal with, provided a quick quote based on pictures and a short conversation. The two employees who came to the house were organized, neat and most importantly, clean. I met with Mike and Malfettone Electric for a likely electrical panel, which was expected to be a larger job than anticipated. Mike was quickly able to conclude that that is not necessary for the job at hand, and has relationships with all of the major vendors involved to do the calculations and verify it. I will go to Malfettone Electric for all future work as they were quick, reliable, and gave proper advice that ended up with a lack of work for them (keeping customer at forefront).

Mike and his brother Jason are hands down the best electricians in Jersey City. As a business owner in downtown JC, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors, and Mike stands out. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always reliable. Anytime I needed him, he showed up and got the job done right. Fair prices, great attitude, and top-notch work.
