Really great job. They came out and fixed all the problems caused by the prior electrician (Southern Voltage Inc.) and got us up and running in time for our grand opening with less than a weeks notice, for an incredibly fair price. They completed in 2 days what it took the prior electrician almost 5 months to do. With a good attitude and smile on all of their faces the whole time. Man I love Ace electrical. Great folks there. It is hard to find people these days that do great work, you can trust and are just down right good people!!! I had a dilemma with my A/C which was because of a major electrical issue and Ace came through for us. They showed up in a timely manner diagnosed my issue and fixed me up in less than 24hours. My house was back cooling which is very important in Texas in July. I recommend them with 10 stars. Definitely reach out to them for any Electrical needs!!!

Highly recommended for a generator for your home or any electrical work that needs to be done! We had a total of 4 referrals one electric company quoted more than half of what they charged and claimed we needed a huge generator and other work done. We are so grateful for this company and will hire them anytime we need electrical work and will refer them to everyone!

I have been using ACE for several years!! Truly the best Electric service company. They did work at several of our businesses and home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. We also have a generator from them and it was the best decision we made.

I called them to install level 2 charger to charge the vehicle on 48 amps mr joel told me 6/3 romex is good enough to carry load upto 60 amps which he was right in certain way that wire is not good for continous load for 7 to 8 hours i m not an electrician i didnt know that but he has the license he could recommend me the right thing which he didnt and install 6/3 in my house and now everytime i charge on 48 amps circuit breaker and the charger and cables almost burn when i touched the breaker it almost burn my hand that is not safe i called and talked to him which he dont wanted to talk but istill be nice to him and told him to install the right wire which he said o have to pay 250 i told him to help me out in a consideration that i didnt know and u didnt know and lets make it in 100 but he refuse it and told me that what happens when i try to save money i provided everything branded for the job he even offered me 1 year labour warranty but now he rufuse everything and was telling me that people pay 900 for the job i did you a favour well my question is why you accepted the job when i said i bring breaker and rececptacle and you are the one qouted me 250 i didnt force u on a gun point to do that job in that price charging 250 for 45 minutes labour only is not fair then i dont know what is fair i never negotiated all i said that time i bring the breaker and you bring the wire and i trusted you expertise since you are certified electrician not me so please beware guys do yoyr own research before you call these electrician they dont know or dont tell right thing to customers and later on not trying to help ot for there own mess up i put everything in explanation because i dont wanted to do that but unfortunately i have to do it cause i think joel needs to consider the issue and installing not enough wire for the continous load and you all can search if u think i m lying or making up the job is for ev charge he knew it from the get go he is the one who agrees that i bring the material and he bring the wire he is the one who qouted me the labour he is the one who recommended me that wire but now suddenly i m a bad guy cause i brought my own part u know what your reply will be the same if you bring your parts if i called you for an issue so i m sorry that i have to do this but i want everyone to know to do the right thing when calling this company i wont recommend this company because of neglegance and ignoring people after doing wrong job now i have a bad wire bad in house i cant use that charger to fast charge because of safety issue.

Joel and his crew from Ace Electrical Services Inc. was great. They arrived promptly, behaved professionally, and went above and beyond to check my entire electrical system and actually found several faults from two previous companies that worked on my house (namely, 2 different solar installation companies) before installing my Generac generator. I am glad he found the faults as 1 system's fault was serious and could have caused a fire (loose terminations in a couple sub-panels with one panel actually charred/burnt on the inside). And the other system had workmanship/quality issues that would have led to some damage if a strong windy storm hit the area (several panels loose and penetrations causing leaks). He even had spare/upgrade major components in the eventuality there was an issue during install so he wouldn't have to tell me he has to order a part, wait for it to come in and come back to finish. He gave me honest advice and options to correct the issues. I would definitely use Ace Electrical Services again for any future needs.
