We hired Derek to replace knob and tube wiring in our 1920s house and couldn't be happier! He was very thorough in his assessment of what needed to be updated. His estimate was reasonable (and exactly what we paid) and we were able to get the work done quickly. On top of it, we lost power to our garage the day he came out to replace knob and tube. He troubleshooted and fixed for free since he was already there and it was a quick fix -- it shows what a good guy he is!

We have worked with Derek numerous times over the last several years. He has helped us to everything from wiring an entire house to adding outlets, hot tubs, switches, etc. He is always quick to respond and to get us scheduled. Derek is a professional and highly trained electrician who I would highly recommend. Derek has done a number of jobs for us over the years that included rewiring a work shop, upgrading an electrical panel, installing a generator connection, and installing wiring for an electric furnace. He has always been honest about what was needed, gave knowledgeable recommendations and never tried to sell us unnecessary extras.He has always given clear time lines and costs. His training and knowledge is excellent and he is respected by the city inspector who inspected his work.

Derek did a fabulous job with our main panel replacement in 2022. He was responsive, very detailed with the estimate, and straightforward with me explaining what was worth doing or not worth doing. Green Concepts coordinated with PSE well, even though PSE didn't show up on time Derek took the time to wait and made sure the job got done. City inspections also went smoothly. Finally, the retrofitted bathroom fans are super quiet, and required no drywall repair. We called Derek again to install a Tesla charger in our home late 2023. Panel was in way back of the home opposite side of the garage. Derek made it so that the charger connected to the panel through the attic - and protected from weather using pipes. He also made sure that the panel and the electrical load was okay. After 6 months charger still works perfectly! Highly recommend!
