Nick and Sage did a wonderful job installing my fans! They took the time to ensure they were installed correctly and to code.

It was a great experience! Sage, the tech, was sent out the very next day, after calling the office. He was right on time, very professional, knowledgeable and well-mannered. He explained everything in detail, then got right to work. He finished in a timely manner, and even cleaned up any plaster that fell on the floor during the job. I’m so happy that I called! I’m getting some additional work done in the near future. Update-the second tech, Nick came about a week later. Same great experience! He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He was well-mannered, explained everything and was finished quickly. I’m really happy I have found this company.

I’d like to say that first and foremost this company takes care of their customers. Even when it’s small or big problems, the wire work they do is an art and I am very happy with everything that was done for me. Thank you very much and special shoutout to Nick Mills, who went above and beyond to correct a wiring problem I had.

Nick and Nathan arrived on time. Both were very professional and efficient. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it. The overall customer experience was outstanding. Exceptional Electric just finished a Project for me at my home. This was my first experience with this company. Nick Showed up timely and prepared for completion of the project. He was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been Friendly, helpful and provided quick results. I already have my next project for them lined up. Thanks you Nick!

I requested for an electrician to come to my home and fix outlets and rewire them because they do not work properly. I’ve had 2 different people come to my home and now have paid this company about $370 but my outlets are not fixed. The technician put some covers on and attempted to overcharge me, then had a mouthful to say when I questioned the bill because he didn’t take off the amount I had already paid. He also tried to charge me at the hourly rate for only 30 minutes of work then said I was complaining when I was getting a huge discount. It’s not a discount to be asked to be charged what your told by employees. I still don’t have the estimate I paid $150 dollars for or the receipt of what I paid for on 8/11. I’d say run for the hills from this company. I’m out money and I still have to call an electrician to fix what theirs didn’t. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the BBB about them. ****** UPDATE****** While my initial appointments did not go well. I was able to work it out that both original technicians came to the home and I was able to go over with them what I had expected to be done and what I felt was not done. Jamie was great and walked Sage through the steps needed to make the necessary repairs. They fixed the switches and the was able to tell me what was needed to repair the lighting in my kitchen. Overall, I was satisfied the third time around. I don’t know that I’d use this company again. I would definitely recommend Jamie. He provides good customer service and is professional. Sage is questionable and doesn’t seem to own up to his mistakes.

Nick was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently! He tackled many projects in just one visit, and they were able to come out the same day I called. Highly recommend!
