Using Hiller has been a true blessing. We moved into a home with very little lighting so we wanted to add in wafer lights throughout the house. Bryan was the project manager for the job and he had fantastic ideas for light placement, was patient with me, answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The day came for light installation and Andrew, Alex and Mitchell showed up to do the job. They were extremely hard workers, very skilled at what they do and had great vision for the overall project. They were extremely communicative with me and asked my preferances throughout the entire project. Also, as an added bonus they were enjoyable people to be around and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They also went above and beyond their duty. During the night my upstairs HVAC unit stopped working. Andrew was kind enough to call Hiller's HVAC team lead, Kirk, and diagnose and fix the issue over the phone. He could have easily said that was not his area of focus and even that would have been understandable and acceptable, but the fact that Andrew sought out a solution was such a blessing. This also speaks well to Kirk's knowledge. He did not have any eyes on the unit and was able to diagnose and walk through the steps to resolve with Andrew over the phone. I am beyond pleased with the service I have received with Hiller. Everyone I have encountered has been smart, kind, creative, hard working and an overall good person. I would recommend Hiller to anyone with plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs and I will be using them in the future.

We were having issues with a leaking kitchen pipe, as well as a drain that may have a clog. After notifying us that he was on his way, Aaron arrived on time. He was professional and informative. He explained what our issues were and gave us 3 repair options, detailing each one. He worked quickly and efficiently, staying on task. He was friendly and informative. The cost was reasonable for the work he did. He cleaned up the work area and gave me comprehensive instructions to prevent future issues. We are very pleased and will definitely call Hillar for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from start to finish! One phone call late afternoon to schedule the appointment and they were able to fit me in. Customer service was phenomenal with follow up calls to confirm when the technician was going to arrive. Arrived on time. Found the issue quickly and clearly explained it before starting the work. Aaron fixed our hose faucets. They had been installed by another company and started leaking and one was loose and jiggling off the wall. They also had not installed a stop valve. Well. Aaron put in better faucets, stop valves, and reinforced the faucet that was jiggling. It's not going anywhere. Thanks for a job well done! Photos show before and after. I would highly recommend you hire Hiller and that Quez Johnson be your electrician! He spent time making sure everything he said he was going to do was completed. He explained what he did in detail and made recommendations for other things to be safe with our outside Christmas lights. We are very thankful that the work was completed as quoted and that he didn’t rush to get done by a specific time. Thank you!

We reached out to Hiller to schedule a tune up of our heating/cooling system that was past due. The scheduling process was super easy, and customer service was great about answering questions upfront. The technician, Sean, that came out was awesome! He was friendly and communicated very well, was knowledgeable about what he was doing, and took his time answering all my questions and going over recommendations. We look forward to using Hiller again for our next tune up or additional service needs!

We cannot say enough about this team! Alex and Andrew were above board with their manners and did great, professional work for us! They were patient and took the time to listen to our wants and we are so happy with the end results! They even discovered some faulty wiring and rewired it so we can sleep at night knowing it’s been corrected and is now safe! We’ve been using Hiller for almost 6 months now and absolutely love all the technicians across all the disciplines! Highly recommend them! you won’t be disappointed!
