A while back our can lights in the kitchen and living room began flickering periodically, and more recently the flickering seemed to occur more frequently. After doing a bit of research on the Internet, I concluded that this probably was the result of failing circuit breakers. I set up an appointment with Brand Electric, and when Levi and another fellow arrived, I told them I thought the circuit breakers were failing and asked them to replace the breakers. Levi responded by saying that there were many things that could cause the lights to flicker. He began by telling me that he is a licensed journeyman electrician, and that his father and grandfather were also licensed journeyman electricians. He then spent the next twenty minutes giving a dissertation on the many things that could be responsible for the flickering lights. It was as though he believed his job was to impress me with the depth of his knowledge and experience. He clearly had no interest in simply replacing the circuit breakers and stated that the best way to determine the cause of the problem was to do an ED2 "diagnostic." After I foolishly agreed to this, Levi and the other fellow then spent the rest of the time taking the light switch wiring loose and reinstalling it and tightening screws in the circuit breaker box, all under the guise of a $328.00 "diagnostic." I knew enough about electrical systems to know that nothing they did while they were at my house would resolve a problem with lights flickering periodically. I wasn’t wrong. That evening, the lights began flickering periodically, just as they had been doing before I paid $328.00 for Brand Electric’s "diagnostic." So, I watched a YouTube video about how to replace circuit breakers, and then I went to the store and purchased two Siemens 20-amp circuit breakers for a total of $16.50 (including tax). I spent a total of ten minutes turning off the main power, removing the panel cover, replacing the two circuit breakers, and reinstalling the panel cover. Problem solved (and $328.00 thrown away). Moral of the story: Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

We had a light switch that kept tripping the circuit breaker (dark kitchens are no fun). On the appointed day and time slot, Levi and Micah from Brand Electric arrived. I explained why I had called them. They examined, tested and diagnosed the problem. They were clear regarding what had gone wrong, and how to remedy the situation. They proceeded to correct the problem efficiently. It didn't break the bank either. On time, cordial, informative, effective and efficient. What more can you ask for.

Great company to deal with. Got to us fast within a day. Found one problem right away and fixed it and explained what was wrong. They had to come back the next morning to go into attic because of the heat outside and found the second problem. Explained a lot and told us some upgrades they would make and prices. Very reasonable for the service they did. Would recommend to anyone to use them.

I have had this company out for multiple jobs in the past year. The first job was an A/V job, the next was running extra outlets to the corners outside of the house, and we have had two different exhaust fans upgraded and installed. These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. During one job, they even dealt with moving our cat litter boxes without any complaints. They have solidified a life long customer from me and my family.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Roger did my estimate, he spent around 3hours looking at everything and explained it to me, gave me several options. When Roger and 2 other techs came to donthr work, I was so very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, personable and just in general nice people. They got the work finished and I am so happy! They are amazing and will give anyone asking a recommendation for them! Thank you for taking care of my electrical needs!

While they finished everything they were supposed to do, They made a right mess of everything in the process. They had to take apart some shelving to get behind the wall, and Failed miserably to put it back together correctly (doesn't seem like they even tried) and now its ruined. They seemed to have no respect for personal belongings, and left trash in my home when they were done. Had I known the exact time a date they were going to be arriving I would have moved things accordingly. They got the job done. But I would have expected more professionalism

My furnace started blowing out cold air this morning! I thought "GREAT this is going to be a headache & a expensive one too!!" I was wrong!! Luckily a friend referred me to Brand Electric & they were here within a couple hours! Kelby was super professional & explained what the problem was so I could understand it & prevent it from happening again! It was blowing out warm air again within minutes of his arrival! And the price was SO REASONABLE!! Way less of a headache than I anticipated! So glad my friend referred me to Brand Electic because I've heard horror stories about other companies! Brand Electirc is the way to go! I recommend them to all of you!!
