Sam and Zach installed permanent holiday lights on our house and did a super pro job, alongside some other maintenance too. Perfect timing for this year's Halloween haunt. Always great working with Top Line. HIGHLY recommend!

Hired to fix door bell. Informed them each time they came out that doorbell was damaged during storm door installation done by 3rd party. Top Line replaced all components. Shortly down the road the resistor shorted out. Top Line came back out verified the part failed. This happened a total of 2 times. New components installed in minutes. The third time they actually broadened their scope of inspection to the installation of the storm door . Wiring was pinched badly. Maybe to show me it was pinched he pulled on the wires that connect doorbell button until one snapped off?!? Then, I given option to pay for further work that was not detected. If tech would have been a little more curious with the information I gave him the 1st time, my home warranty would have paid him to fix the damaged wire as well as the components. I declined to pay for work that should have been completed first time. The bottom line, I am left with a broken & disconnected doorbell system. Frustrating.

We were very grateful to have Sam Helberg as our electrical technician. We had a list of requests we required his skills for. I outlined the items we needed help with. Sam took the necessary time to access the complete house. He provided us with his skilled analysis. This was greatly appreciation since we have lived in this house over 71 years. He clearly explained what was necessary & gave us options before any work started. He was very easy to understand, organized & tidy. I was impressed that he had the necessary replacement parts in his truck.When work was completed he walked me through everything that he completed. The company notified me before his arrival & Sam also called when he was on his way. I would highly recommend Top Line Electric to anyone that needed electrical service. We needed a couple of bath fans replaced and Sam did a fantastic job for us. I really appreciate the quote offers and choices. We opted to add a whole house surge protector. Our house is nearing 30 and it’s extra piece of mind, having been struck by lightning once already. The Panasonic Whisper Thin LED bath fan he installed in our basement bathroom is incredible. Sam is a very detail oriented technician. He did an exceptional job with the install. He cleaned up and vacuumed after, too! We were going to have a Panasonic Whisper Bath Fan installed in a main floor half bath as well. That, unfortunately did not go as well. The fan needed to fit between a floor joist and a heat or air duct so we passed and he reinstalled our old fan ( which was actually just fine we just wanted something nicer) and repackaged the new fan. Sam just really went out of his way to make everything not just right, but perfectly right. We will always choose Topline Electric for our electrical needs and will continue to refer them to our friends, neighbors and families. Thank you again, Sam, we appreciated your service!
