Art, Zach, and the rest of the team did an amazing job of replacing the instrument cluster and front blower motor of my 2008 Ford Econoline. From beginning to end there was impeccable communication of cost and timeline. I feel I was charged very fairly for amazing service and I’ll be coming back for any more service my van requires (electric or otherwise!) 10/10

The crew here knows their stuff when it comes to electrical issues. I had a fender bender with my 2005 Aucura TL and assumed my battery draining had something to do with my front passenger side headlight out, leading to a short that was killing my battery if I didnt drive it everyday. They checked the voltage and integrity of the battery and cables, and asked if I wanted to replace the battery because it may be a factor in the bad (voltage) reading. I said yes, and I agreed to have them replace the battery terminals and fix the grounding cable. Ever since then, I can leave my car not driven for days and there is no problem! No more having to disconnect my terminals every night and connect them whenever I need to drive my car! In addition to being very knowledgeable in their specialty, these guys are friendly, respectful, and they wear masks and have hand sanitizer available. Any further electrical problems I am definitely coming back here. Support local, help keep them alive during this time of covid and shutdowns. Thanks so much for your help!

These guys are very professional, fair, accommodating and quick! That's all you can ask for at the end of the day. A full service auto shop for oil changes, air conditioning, wheels, tires, engines, electric, and everything in between. A great example of how to properly run a small business with quality work, and I won't go anywhere else.

Zack and the team at Merrill were 6/5 stars. Excellent service but just as good if not better human beings. Thought my power stealing was out but after a diagnostic test the team was able to get me taken care of with a much less expensive repair.
