Live Wire came today in connection with my Duke Electric insurance. Kirk arrived right on time and introduced himself. (Nice guy!) The light fixture I replaced was up over the kitchen sink and it was a very hard place to get to. He managed to get the job done quickly and most efficiently. I found Kirk to be a very friendly and professional guy. We will be using Live Wire for our electrical problems from now on.

I’ve had this company out 4 separate times now for different issues thanks to Dukes service guarantees. The reason I’m posting the review is not only has the service been great and workmanship but so has Dale. Dale has come out twice for diagnostic testing and is such a friendly nice guy I felt like I had to remind the company of what an awesome person he is. Hopefully nothing else needs work but if it does and it’s a reason for Dale to come out I won’t be upset. Thanks to the entire team.

From his phone call this morning until he left after the job was finished, Kirk did a wonderful job putting up a new ceiling fan for me! He was friendly but professional, efficient and fast, cleaned up when done, and answered all of my questions. He was a bright spot in my day...thank you, thank you Kirk!!

Live wire came to my house today for some electrical work because I was on the Duke energy electric home wiring plan! I felt very confident that livewire was going to do an excellent job because they are contracted by Duke energy! So that all being said they did do it excellent job they came on time very friendly service man and he got everything done and was very pleasant. And his name was Kirk... 🙂 I would recommend live wire to anyone that needs electrical work I feel there trustworthy honest and reasonable rates!

Kirk, was our service representative from Live Wire Electrical Services, Inc. today. He arrived on time and was very professional in his introductions etc. Lightning had hit the outlet where the TV is located. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed it quickly with a new outlet. The surge protector got burned also and advised to get rid of it for safety reasons. He told me the electrical box I had was one of the better old ones and it was just fine. I plan on using Live Wire Electrical for my future needs!

Excellent service and clean work. Justin came out on short notice and handled everything professionally - even on a weekend. He replaced outdoor service wiring, updated terminations, and sealed everything up properly. Very tidy, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Would absolutely recommend for any residential electrical work.
