We recently encountered an outage issue, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I contacted their customer service, and they promptly sent a technician to our location the very next day. The issue turned out to be a simple problem, which was resolved with ease. We are currently working with three different subcontractors on our house, and this positive experience with their customer service saved our day. We will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.

Doug is by far the best guy I have come across in Las Vegas in many years!! He couldn’t get out to my house right away so he walked me through the easy task of tripping triggers and DONE! It was a cold call at 8p at night trying to find someone to help. I went down the list and after numerous calls soooo grateful to have found Doug! And he knows my family! AND he does it ALL!! I asked for same day service, since we were remodeling the house. I had my team there and we had electrical issues, since we took some walls out. Jeff was great! Got the job done, and had fair pricing. We will use you guys again.

Called Renew. Doug was in area and arrived in like 10 min. He was very nice. Courteous and polite. Checked and repaired all our issues. Would def recommend and use them any time we need an electrician.

Our water heater was leaking everywhere. We called dms plumbing and they came out right away. Excellent service. Very kind and friendly. Did an amazing job. Has great work ethics and very professional and the pricing was perfect. Definitely will call again and recommend to family and friends

I can only say WOW on the service!! My A/C went out last night, the A/C guy came out this A.M. and repaired, but unfortunately the Breaker Switch had been fried, so I had to call an Electrician. Doug was on his way within 30 minutes of my call, and repaired quickly, and the price was sooo reasonable. Doug was so friendly personable and professional I definitely give him a 5 Star Rating! This is also the 4th of July weekend, and my emergency was important to him to fix...Thank you Doug

I have used them several times for work on my rental houses and their electric work is good, but their front office is a mess. They scheduled with my tenant who had to take off from work and they were a no-show. They never return phone calls or emails.
