I paid in full for a new HVAC installation in July, and the system failed the City inspection Aug 4th. The technician scheduled to fix the deficiencies in Aug 8th never showed, and after that, Cool Air didn’t reach out to reschedule for almost three months until I emailed them a week ago. We finally set another appointment for today, Nov 22nd (9am–noon), and the technician no call/no showed again. Two missed appointments, zero communication. At this point it doesn’t appear the company has any intent to correct what they did wrong. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately I cant recommend this company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! We needed to move an AC vent and the team worked diligently to make sure everything was fixed and running perfectly. They were professional, thorough, and never cut corners. They even provided feedback on where the best place to position the vent. By the time they finished, my home was cool, clean (yes thru clean upa after the job was done), and everything was explained clearly to me. Their dedication and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy AC repair.

I am the proud, happy owner of a new Tranquility Climate Master AC unit! Julian was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. Even though our previous AC unit was fine, it wasn't large enough to cool our condo effeciently plus we weren't allowed to buy a larger one because of the association's rules. Yes the Tranquility unit was more expensive and Yes it took few months to custom build it, but it was ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! This unit is beautiful, small, compact and super efficient. And did I mention it's freezing?! We will definitely save money in the long run and be VERY COOL in the summer. Plus this unit is super quiet! Alex and Leo did a superb job with the installation and made sure we understood every aspect of it. Professional, clean, friendly, this company goes the extra mile. I'm extremely pleased!

I've used Coolairusa in the past for small urgent ac repairs... always fast efficient service. This time my system was dead and I shopped for a replacement. 3 different estimate and coolairusa won out... system was installed next day and my whole house is cool again. I didn't write down the names of my technicians but they were great and left my place better than they found it. Dealt with Adam on the phone excellent customer service. I hope I never need AC repair again but would call coolairusa if I did

After giving this company a second chance, they truly followed through. The technician (Jose) was extremely thorough, took the time to fix the issue, and carefully inspected my unit. He also answered all of my mother’s questions with patience and professionalism. I really appreciate that the company reached out and made the effort to turn my experience around. They did their best to make it an outstanding one. I’ll be happy to use their services again in the future and would gladly recommend them to others.

Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working and we really wanted to fix it tonight (FL heat is no joke). Our technician Sanjae came promptly and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are so happy that he was able to work with us this evening. Would highly recommend him if you contact this company for A/C repairs!
