He arrived on time, was super polite, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was going to do before starting. He disassembled the fluorescent light panel, bypassed the ballast, and carefully handled what seemed like a maze of wires. Jay checked every connection for voltage and expertly rewired the fixture to convert my fluorescent lights into bright, efficient LED lights — flawlessly! What really impressed me was his attention to detail and cleanliness. He didn’t make a mess, but still swept the area with a broom and dustpan and even used a handheld vacuum to leave everything spotless. It’s rare to see that kind of pride in workmanship these days. Travis, David, and Jose did an EXCELLENT job! They're very professional. They sat down with me and explained and showed me what was needed to be done for safety. They took me through step-by-step from start to finish. They were able to answer all my questions confidently. In addition, I liked that they were a local company as well- support local businesses. Travis and his team are very professional and thorough. Travis walked me through and showed me everything that he had done and reviewed all steps to ensure that I was 100% knowledgeable about procedures to utilize new generator hookup.
