I hired Ed Electrical Services to install an EV charger at my home. Since the installation, we’ve been experiencing recurring power issues in the house. When I reached out for help, I explained that another licensed electrician (through my home warranty) suggested the breaker may be undersized for the load. Unfortunately, instead of coming back to inspect the work, Ed declined to take responsibility or even look into the problem further. I asked for help multiple times, explaining that I’ve already invested a lot of money and am struggling with ongoing outages. What I was hoping for was a company that would stand behind their work and at least come back to inspect and explain clearly what is happening. I believe that’s the minimum level of service any homeowner should expect. At this point, I’ve had to seek a third opinion at my own expense. If it turns out the original installation was correct, I will update this review accordingly. But right now, I’m left feeling dismissed and without support when I needed it most. I truly hope Ed Electrical Services will reconsider, step up, and help resolve this issue — because that would show they value their customers and their reputation.

They did an amazing job! They explained the whole process to me before they started. They let me decide where to install the Tesla Wall Charger and explained that it would take more effort on their end, but it would work better for me (they clearly prioritized the customer). After they finished the work, they cleaned everything up. Happy client!
