Took my car there because IT WAS NOT TURNING ON, they said it was the hybrid battery, try to charge me 5k for a new one, I brought them my own battery, they said no, this battery is not good and it' might be the wiring. Then they said "someone has been messing with the wiring, please come tow your car out of here we don't want to touch it anymore". And charge me $200. I took it up the street at ALEX JR AUTO MECHANIC AND ELECTRIC ! ALEX JR AUTO MECHANIC AND ELECTRIC ! And they saved me so much money ! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY HYBRID BATTERY ! It was the wiring ! Your name says "electric" !! But can't fix the electric issues ? Take it to Alex Jr Mechanic and Electric

Latinos Auto Electric is hands down the best automotive repair shop in the city of Long Beach. After working with a handful of bad mechanics, my neighbors recommended me to LAE. I have to say they are the most professional and honest mechanics I have come across. They are not going to sugar coat things or lie to you like other mechanics. Sometimes they can be undermanned and so keep in consideration the size of your job and the time needed to complete. There is an auto parts warehouse right next to the shop. So they offer you the opportunity to grab whatever part you might need and then replace it, while only charging you labor. I brought in my truck and countless other cars which they have repaired to a spec. They were also able to replace and fix issues at a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. They deserve praise and credit for offering Long Beach with an outstanding mechanic shop. I recommend anyone who is looking for a mechanic or having trouble with their current mechanic to just head on down to Latino's Auto Electric.Don't listen to these cheap junkies wanting stuff for free. I've legit been here over 20 times 6 different cars.

I have frequented this business for over 11 years! 3 of my 5 siblings also bring their cars here (one barely bought a car, the other lives in a different city), along with my 2 oldest nephews who now drive. This small business has been taking care of our family vehicle maintenance for long before I started driving. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. I always recommend this place if anyone I know has issues with their cars or is on the market for a reliable mechanic.

I was impressed by this mechanic. He was VERY honest and charged a VERY reasonable price. I had been told all types of things from other mechanics and expected a huge bill. I wound up paying less than $200, and he took the time to investigate the source of the issue without doing a bunch of unnecessary work AND offered me a 2 year warranty. I will be going back with any other issue in the future.

After calling a couple of other car electrical shops, Latinos was the only one that offered to take a look at my car on the same day. Took it in, and Jose took care of the rest. He found the passenger side power window motor and relay needed to be replaced and was able to track down the part and install it all in the same day. All at a very reasonable cost. Jose even kept the part to show me. Very honest, thorough shop. Thanks Jose!

Brought my car to these guys 2017 Civic told me right away what was going on and was honest how much it would cost 100% would recommend it! they don’t give you the run around and even provide you recommendations Incase they can’t get work done for breaks and other stuff on newer cars. Don’t skip out and don’t get scammed by other shops over pricing you on your service.
