Friendly office staff as well as very knowledgeable & efficient electricians. David came 15 prior to our scheduled appointment & took care of our issue in less than 10 minutes. Very professional. I will be calling them in the future.

Came out promptly. Identified the issue really quickly, and fixed it. They don't charge hidden fees or have expensive service charges; just a really fair rate hourly rate. I'll most definitely be reaching out for electricians at Robert's for any future work. The woman who handled the scheduling was so helpful, nice, and down to earth. I'm glad I chose them I could've easily picked the wrong company otherwise.

I was very happy with this company. The problem I had was that one of the circuit breakers did not reset. It turned out to be a short circuit in one of the electric outlets. Initially I fixed an appointment with a different company that I would need to wait for for two weeks. Then I called Robert's Electric. The first pleasant surprise was that the lady answering the phone was very competent. She asked several questions that allowed her to determine how long it would take to fix the problem and what the electrician had to have with him when visiting me. She then put me in the schedule for the next day (awesome!). Kenny Rose fixed the problem in 20-30 minutes. He had to open 4 or 5 power outlets to find the cause of the short circuit. Not a very talkative guy but knows very well what he is doing. The bill was also very reasonable $80 for the visit.

We’ve used Robert’s Electric a few times over the last few years (usually when we call for help after getting in over our heads on a new lighting installation!). They are always able to fit us into their schedule quickly and are friendly, professional, and efficient. They are definitely our go to for any electrical work and I highly recommend their services.

Robert’s electric will be my go to electrician from now on. I was having an issue with a GFCI outlet (that I probably made worse trying to fix) and they came out same day, pretty close to Christmas at that, fixed everything, and chalked everything up to a service call after all of the work and troubleshooting they did. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable electricians. My dad was an electrician and loved this company. I've called them several times. Once I had my electric pole fall from my house and all of my electric power was gone during an ice storm. I was in Portland OR visiting my Brother and Robert's Electric came out to my house and was able to keep me updated by phone on what was going on and fixed the pole attached to my house and restored the electricity so that when I came home everything was fixed. I think they are Awesome, Professional, Polite, Honest, and give quotes before starting a job to give a ballpark estimate for a job before starting work. They are absolutely Wonderful!! I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend them. Michelle

Robert's Electric was incredibly friendly on the phone, asked me all of the necessary questions to make sure the technician showed up prepared, and they came out same-day! The technician was friendly, tidy, and efficient. Highly recommend (especially after another highly-rated electrician that I called twice never called me back - boo!).
