I contacted Trinity Home Services when our AC went out and after doing everything we could think of and had the ability to do to get it up and running nothing. Trinity was very easy to reach. I was able to speak to someone right away ( I didn't have to play the waiting game of leaving a voicemail and waiting for a return call). I was told a technician would contact me and I was contacted by Ciro and he was at my home within an hour. He was very professional and started accessing my ac unit right away, he checked both the outside unit and inside unit. He took his time and was thorough with his findings. He took the time out to show the different issues that should be addressed but didn't push to make me buy those things now. He addressed the main issue and was able to get my AC up and running. He was very fair and honest. I will definitely be keeping his number in my phone for any future AC needs!!!

I would recommend Ciro/ Trinity Home Services for any HVAC or electrical repairs. We had leaking inside our house from our AC. I called Trinity and left a message to schedule an initial appointment and was called back right away. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Ciro came out to check the problem the next day(Friday). When he came, he discovered that our AC condensation drain line was a mess, leaking and not up to code. We scheduled the repair for a few days later. He came and fixed the problem as scheduled; putting in new piping and seals. All work was done excellently in less time than expected. Thank you Ciro for your work, kindness and professionalism! 🙂

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Trinity home services. My AC experienced problems on a Saturday night, and I woke up Sunday morning to see that it was completely frozen over with sheets of ice and was mortified. I called a few places and eventually got in touch with Trinity home services. It was a Sunday and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem within three hours. The next day they came bright and early and began working to repair my unit. Their service was so comprehensive and efficient during and after the work was being completed. They were texting me every step of the way to keep me updated and to ensure that no issues were arising in the meantime. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for phenomenal customer service. I worked with Ciro and Barry, and not knowing the nuances of the technicalities behind how an AC operates, they were able to explain it to me clearly and not make me feel like they were trying to swindle me to pay for extra services. Trinity is definitely the best a/c and electrical contractor in this area. Ciro, the owner and technician, is very easy to work with and very professional. From the very first time he showed up at my house to look at my a/c issue, I knew right away that we found the right company. He wrote the estimate right away at my kitchen table and when I finally called back to schedule the work, he was available within a few days. He is very honest and dependable. When Ciro says he will be there, you can count on it. He's also very responsive to phone calls and texts, and good communication is a must for me. I will definitely be using these guys in the future for any electrical or a/c issues that I have.

I contacted Ciro last week regarding my a/c unit repair. He, Eric, and Ishmal all showed up at my home at the same time. It was very easy to get an appointment. Ciro was on the phone with my warranty company while Eric and and Ishmal were removing the part that needed to be replaced. They could not have been more fast and efficient. I appreciated how well Ciro communicated via phone and text. I definitely recommend Trinity Home Services and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

2 years ago Ciro rewired my entire house and did a fantastic job without incident. He is very professional and kept me informed with what was being done. Fast forward to present day, last week I called him with a minor issue and he came out this past weekend to resolve it. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and work done by a competent and skilled professional. I will recommend his services to anyone needing them.

I live out of town and rent my house in Metairie. After hours A/C problems...yikes! I don't have a regular A/C guy so I started making calls. I made three of them in fact. No one answered and/or returned my calls. I was lucky that I trusted the reviews I read about Ciro and Trinity Home Services. He was not only available immediately but after hearing about the problem, convinced me to save a bit of money b/c of after-hours service and waiting until the morning (it wasn't super hot, thankfully). Ciro was easy to work with, very friendly and extremely communicative, which is something that's very useful for someone like me who lives out of town. He finished the job quickly and it was done right. I now have a new A/C company I know I can trust in.
