II hired this company to install electrical for my outdoor sauna and initially had concerns after discovering the wrong gauge wire (10-gauge) and an undersized 30-amp breaker were used, even though the sauna clearly required a 60-amp breaker and 6-gauge wire per the manufacturer's specs. To their credit, after I brought it up, they came back and corrected the wiring at no extra charge — which I appreciated. However, the breaker they installed wasn’t a GFCI, which is required for outdoor equipment like saunas. I ended up replacing it myself and spent about $220 to do so. It wasn’t ideal, but I’m satisfied with how things turned out overall. The work is now safe and functioning properly. I appreciate that they made things right, but I recommend confirming GFCI protection is included if your install requires it.

Juan and his team were contracted to renovate the electric system and to install a reflective stretch ceiling on my condo in Aventura/ Florida as part of total renovation of the condo. They did a fantastic job, the quality of the work was top notch and the work went smoothly. Very professional.

after 6 visits, and minor electrical work on a one-bedroom apartment (totaling $1,000), the work is failing after 6 to 12 months. 2 of the outlets they replaced don't work half the time, and clearly the lights under the cabinet don't work. do not use this company it is a waste of time. maybe Juan could do a better job than his assistants, but I'm not sure how this business gets 4.9 stars out of 100 reviews (when work is done he asks you to leave a five-star review, then harasses you if you leave anything less). update: instead of taking accountability for this work he texts me at 11:00 p.m. asking me "what my problem is" and then proceeds to argue with me about how the work was "done years ago." it took me over a year for these 6 visits to take place and I had 6 months of working electrical before it went bad again. I paid him $1,000 for work that has consistently failed. only in Miami!

I’m very happy with my new stretch ceiling , it was very difficulty for me to find something good for my apartment in sunny isles because I had a bad experience before with some other companies and I was very nervous to get the same experience .
