Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience when the team from IES Jose and Johan came to the rescue when lightening damaged most of the electrical outlets in our house. Both Johan and Jose were knowledgeable, courteous, patient in finding the best solution, true professionals. After the job was further cleaned and left everything in perfect condition. Carlos (aka Charlie) was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond what could be reasonably expected (he gave me contact info for companies offering other services that he himself had used, at my request) more reasonably priced than the other electricians that I contacted (of course, a big problem like I had was not cheap, but he worked to mitigate my expense as much as he could) he was on time, very prompt (not what I’ve come to expect in Miami) thorough, neat, professional and kind. His assistant Jose was also knowledgeable and thorough and neat. These guys don’t cut corners or do sloppy work. They were both bilingual with perfect English, which was helpful for me because my Spanish is shamefully bad. I was very impressed with IES, and any further electrical work I do will definitely be with them. They treated me like family, and that’s a rare experience here. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend them.

Carlos is a super nice. He is an excellent electrician. He put in a brand new panel and a new outlet in my kitchen for the dishwasher. His work is clean and precise. He is licensed and offers warranty on his job, he always does the work by standards and you can be certain the work is performed by code. I definitely call him year after year for all my electric needs. He is five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
