Mr Electric is my go to for any electrical problems. I took a lightning strike during a storm and it caused crazy electrical symptoms throughout the house. Our technician Elijah was prompt, on time and very knowledgeable. He had our problem diagnosed and repaired within a matter of minutes. Our LEF lights were arcing, Mr Electric helped prevent our house from burning down! Highly recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have nothing good to say about this company. We purchased a generator from them less than 2 years ago with promises of how great it was and they stood behind what they sold. It has stopped working. They came out, don’t know what’s wrong and have not put us in touch with anyone that can help. We’ve called multiple times, they say they are calling the generator company, they have told us it’s covered under warranty and now they say it’s not covered under warranty. The 5 year warranty on the receipt (labor) means nothing. In my opinion, any other company would be a better choice when this one doesn’t stand behind the products they sell.
