John's team just completed changing old track lighting and recessed lighting in my family room to LED fixtures and dimmers - and I could not be more pleased. There was no disruption to existing sheetrock to give me lower energy consumption, higher intensity lighting. Mike and Jon did a great job with the installation, answered all my questions, and left me with absolutely no clean-up. They are certainly in my contact list for future electrical work.

John and his team did great work. Respone was very fast. Communication was excellent. Work was performed quickly and exceeded all my expectations. In my experience of 30 years in the maintenance field I've worked with many electricians and these guys are exceptional.

I saw Twin Electric's FB posts about a month ago. Then they posted landscape lighting. After looking at the pics and reading what they wrote, I said " hmmm, these guys are impressive." Excellent. I had Twin Electric perform an electrical service and they were very professional. They treated myself and my home with respect. They cleaned up after the work too leaving my home just the way they found it. The best part is they communicate with the customer and answer emails, or phone calls every step of the way. I rely on reviews because it is very difficult to find qualified and honest companies and I recommend Twin Electric of Milford, CT very highly.

I contacted John on a really hot week in regards to circuit breakers tripping at a multi-family home. He was able to come out the next day. We discussed the different issues and he prioritized for me what needed immediate attention versus repairs that could wait. He provided a detailed quote and was upfront on the pricing. He was not pushy on the things I decided to hold off on due to cost. John and Mike did quality work and left the area clean. Several days later on a Sunday, I had a minor unrelated light fixture issue and sent John a text message. He was able to quickly troubleshoot that the wrong wattage bulb was being used and sent me a picture of what type of bulb I needed to grab at Home Depot. If you want just any cheap Electrician, Twin Electric may not be your best option. If you want experienced and knowledgable electricians that will do quality work then Twin Electric is the way to go. You get what you pay for! Highly Recommend.

I called John because we needed 30-amp service lines installed for a new laundry area in our house. When I called, John answered the call, he came over to estimate the job in 24 hours. Then he performed the work 2 days later. We were very happy that John did the job and would highly recommend him for work in your home or business.
