Bailey & Shipp

I have witness an installation of high ceiling chandelier, high quality works. Although there was some delay in scheduling due to the availability of the lift, my appointment have to reschedule twice, but the outcome was great with satisfaction. The entire team including Milton, Evan, Jack, Cody and Ross, worked hard for a whole day to complete the installation. The chandelier weighing more than 50 ibs, it can not be mounted alone. The staff tried multiple times with one ladder and lift initially, it didn't work, and then decided to use two ladders with lift, and finally successfully mount it. They were doing everything carefully, including assembling the glass shades, one by one, total 18 glasses, remove ladders and lift, clean up. I am very impressed by their professionalism.

David and Jack were fantastic to work with. They ran new wiring from an existing outlet to a light switch and installed my island light on its own dedicated switch. They were delightful, communicative, and took the time to walk through different options with me. We discussed reconfiguring the existing lights and even adding a remote switch, but when I had declined those options because they were not functional for my home, they problem-solved with me to find a solution that worked. I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Courteous and fast! I thought it would take 12 hours or more. We even ran into some issues trying to set up the ChargePoint app. They stayed there the whole time while I was on the phone with ChargePoint's customer service. Although CP wasn't able to help, the crew from Bailey & Shipp and I figured it out on our own. Thanks, guys! The only reason why I couldn't give 5 stars is because I have to finish repairing the wall, that they cut to extend the wiring, myself.

Excellent Service and Customer Service. I love to see the mixture of art and applied science that it takes to be a top level pro in the technical trades. These guys take their work seriously and it shows. We had a service drop and breaker box replaced. The attention to detail and pride in work product displayed by Alex, Jack, Evan and Milton was very much appreciated. We plan to use Bailey & Shipp in the future.

David and William did a phenomenal and efficient job of installing my Tesla Wall Connector (EV charger). The two gentlemen quickly deduced a plan of attack given my request and placement of the charger, execute said plan, and test the charging capability all within a very short span of time. The job was done beautifully. You’d never know any work had been done. Both David and William were very professional and knowledgeable. I’m thankful I was directed to Bailey & Shipp for this service. I recently requested a quote from Bailey & Shipp Electric to install two ceiling fans in my spare bedrooms. I was quoted $4,500, which was attributed to the rooms having vaulted ceilings. While I’ve had four previous jobs completed by Bailey & Shipp—including a ceiling-fan installation in my master bedroom—with exceptional results each time, this price was far beyond reasonable expectations. To compare, I obtained a separate quote from another company for $880 for the same work. Unfortunately, the drastic discrepancy means Bailey & Shipp has lost my business on this one. I value quality, but a nearly 5x markup simply isn’t justifiable.

I had a great experience with Bailey & Shipp. I provided information on the work I wanted completed and the electrician went over how the work could be done, costs, etc in a very clear manner. The work was for both outdoor lighting, outlet replacement and an indoor light fixture installation. The work was done professionally, quickly and the outcome was exactly what I wanted. The workers did a very nice job cleaning up and even removed the boxes the lights came in. I will definitely use this company again for future electrical needs.
