Pro Electric Solutions gave me a fair quote on the same day that I requested it. The electrician came on the time whindow that they told me. The electrician (Mr. Louie) did a magnificent job and was very helpful in explaining what he did. Miss Kimala in the office sent me the necessary documentation that the insurance company asked for. The name really says it all! I attempted to fix my own light switches and ended up making a complete mess—lost power in both my bathroom and spare room. Lesson learned! I called Pro Electrical Solutions on a Monday and spoke with Kymala, who not only made me laugh but also kindly arranged for a professional to come to my rescue the very next day. Enter Lewis aka Lewie, a true pro electrician he diagnosed and fixed my electrical issues so quickly, I was really impressed. The service, the punctuality, the professionalism... everything was top-notch. I vow to never touch an electrical outlet again—but I will be calling Pro Electrical Solutions for any future work. Excellent work performed by Joe and Richy! Both were very professional and helpful with understanding the source of issue with light fixture. As result, upgrading to a new led light fixture was best advised. We definitely plan to update other lights with the efforts of P.E.S! Kimala was instrumental and attentive to my concerns and simply a delight to have on their team. The team effectively communicated with me every step of the way to ensure above satisfaction and more! Overall I would highly recommend this company especially since they have their own truck lift, that’s a plus simply because using a standard ladder on most electrical work on buildings will not suffice. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY, We had issue with our electricity we had call Sears and they sent this company the guy who came said he could not check the panel because they were some bushes around , so we cut them same day and call sears protection back, a few days later we call again because we had no POWER and same guy came back, I had call another company to give me estimate but since this other guy was already here and I have my parents who are 80 year old on the house we started the work with them at double the price, and not only they over charge us , the work they did was not good and almost got our home on fire, we have give them a check and did not pay them because they cause a mayor damage to our panel and we had to do the whole job again and even more worked to their negligent , I had a lady who send me 2 days later the contract for me to sign and was rude and start thread me that they will come back and disconnect the electricity if I did not sign, at that point I thought everything was good so I signed because she said she will loose her job if I don't sign, but them a few weeks later we lost power again and did not trust them any more had 2 company here both told me that the job they did was not good , that the inside panel needed to be replace since it was melted and the previous guy had just switch from one place to the other, we had to pay $3750 for the new job and replace the inside panel and re ground the outside since was not safe , and now they keep calling harassing me with letters , and also send someone to the house we show everything we did a few weeks after the BAD JOB they did and still receiving threading calls from this rude lady , we were in dangerous for the bad and poor job they Did , please watch out who you trust in your home I have the picture on the burn melted panel and they just moved the fuse a position down and grounding was never touching ground , and also on my new panel and new grounding , I am trying to post the pictures and is not letting me do so , but can definitely provide them as proof
