We are very pleased with the service we received from Smith Electric. Evey person we dealt with were very helpful and highly professional. Two electricians, Jason S. and Joe B came and determined what was needed to make the necessary repairs. Then, Cory and Tyrenel came back 2 days later to do the repairs. All of them did a great job. Jason S. and Joe B. were great. They were very knowledgeable and did the job efficiently. After they were done they even went over the quote and saved us $200 bc a different breaker was quoted that we didn’t wind up needing. That really surprised me bc most people would have just charged me what was quoted. That showed a lot of integrity and something that’s something you don’t see too much of. Would definitely recommend.

Jason and Joe came out to fix an electrical outlet issue in my laundry room, and they were both very professional. From Danielle, the Service Coordinator, Craig the Service Manager, to Tony and Jason Simmion the technicians, the whole company was Professional, Timely, Reasonably Priced, and a pleasure to do business with. Although my project, a recently purchased house with many things that needed attention, was small, they treated me with all the kindness and courtesy of a big job. Craig came out and surveyed the job I wanted done, made some excellent suggestions and made things happen. The Danielle, the Service Coordinator, kept me informed as to the progress of the work order. Tony and Jason arrived early, went to work, and completed the day's work in a superior manner. I work for a restoration company (Advanced Carpet Cleaning and Restoration). At 9pm we had a large water damage and needed an electrician ASAP to sort our power issues. Jason (with Smith Electric) showed up very quickly and was extremely helpful in sorting the issues at hand. 10/10 would recommend!
