Travis Electric Co

I would like to write a follow-up review for Travis Electric. I wrote a review explaining my experience in which I was not pleased as my experience was not a rated as good similar to a family member who recommended Travis Electric. Travis Electronic responded to my review, reached out in a phone call, said they would look into the experience. Ultimately, they refunded the entire amount of my service fee. I was not expecting a full refund if any a partial as the work was performed. My wife called to clarify the refund, and she was told were refunded the entire amount because we were not pleased with service, and we loss our grand daughter. I was blown away. Obviously this is a business with morals. You are all right in my book Travis Electronic. God Bless you.

Not service related. But. I literally just had a kidney transplant, and on the way back from the hospital a "Travis electrical company" truck was riding my wife’s tail and swerving around us during rush hour on highway 65 during rush hour. Completely unacceptable, and ridiculous. I took a picture on his way around us doing 85 miles an hour. Again in rush hour traffic.

I’m sure your electrical service are good but your drivers need some work. Especially driver of truck number 14 on i65 around exit 46. Witnessed him riding the bumper of 3 different trucks and failing to move over for a State trooper on the side of the interstate. Idk if he realizes he’s driving a billboard with your company’s name on it

I have never used this company but it has to be an awesome place! Why? We are another business nearby on 42nd Ave and one of our older patients drove 3 hours to the appointment and got lost. They go in a random business for directions. Not only did Lisa B, show them where to go, she got in her car and had them follow her to the clinic. Acts of kindness are always appreciated. Thanks Lisa.

Wonderful guy in a white truck with major road rage just tried running me and a few other cars off the road. Probably wasn't a smart idea with a business logo on the side....yep, you got it, Travis Electric...

Amazing individuals and a very professional workforce. When the job needs to get done correctly just call Travis Electric.

Office friendly and professional. Electrician arrived promptly and resolved my issue quickly!
